We used to go here often but not again, staff were rude, aloof and arrogant, obviously being waiting in tables in Seagar's puts you in an elite club! On arrival, they tried to herd us into a separate area because we had a baby with us. We asked for the sofa but were again "offered" the separate area as the sofa "might not be suitable" (said to us as if we had suggested parading naked through the cafe). After being offered the separate area for a 3rd time we gave in as we were with family and it was getting embarrassing. The separate area (on the left as you go in) was a free for all with children of all ages running around and one ran into our baby and knocked her over, unsurprisingly the staff just looked annoyed and none came to check she was okay. The toys were filthy and not suitable for babies and the whole area needed a good clean. Another group were also herded in whilst we were there and had an argument with the staff about how rude they were and eventually walked out. We had food which was also worse than before and overall we left with a sour taste in our mouth, we'd suggest heading to one of the other places in Oxford or even going up the road to Cust, anywhere but Seagar's.
