I went to Lovina with 5 other friends last week, we arrived rather late, then rent 2 rooms for the guys and girls. At first the staff agreed to gave us IDR 150.000 per room, until a lady came and said that we've got to pay IDR 200.000 per room.
The place is nice enough, the price relatively cheap, while we're in the mood for fun, so we've got nothing to complain on that night.
One of our friend (girl) somehow trapped in the bathroom in the morning. I consider that as a sign for a problem with their maintenance, although my friend managed to get out from the bathroom, I still told the staffs to pay attention to it, to make sure that the same incident won't be happening again to other guests.
Then another incident happened in the boys' room. The water faucet was broken when my friend used it. We were told to pay IDR 200.000 for the broken faucet. We asked the staff to talk to their manager about it, then Lastri, the lady who's in charge said, "We're nice enough to ask you to pay only 200, for usually we asked for 500 to foreigners."... It makes me wonder how often they asked to guests to pay for their broken things?
