We spent our Honeymoon at this Resort and were extremely satisfied with the warm welcome we received from all members of staff inclusive of the owners.The layout of the premisses complimented the Villa which was very spacious and homey. We enjoyed the ambiance and the location of the villa which is less than 100 footsteps from the sea shore.If you have the opportunity to stay here you should definitely try the pizza,visit the Hog Island "hang out" and learn to sail on the Hobbie Cat. This is a highly recommended haven for rest and relaxation.

Stayed in an appartment with own veranda, beach less than 100yds and marina, could not have wished for better. The breakfast was included, but things to do around and places to see, I just run out of time.

We left this uncredible charming place in april 17th and still mourne our departure. It is amazing how the owners succeeded in creating a small haven that is unsurpassed in the world. Yes, these are big words, but we feel confident to use them because we travelled for years all over the globe.
What makes this such an exceptional place? It is peaceful and quiet, yet there is always some activity in the marina, and wonderful joyous live music and dance evenings on saturday night. You are ageless here, and that is part of the fun. Luxurious are the villa's without going over the top. The bay is easy to swim in, but the nice swimming pool is an attractive alternative. If you want to be selfsupporting, here is your chance, because the villa's have kitchens and a great american fridge. But there are also two good restaurants to choose from, one in a charming lighting ship in the marina. We do not know what we prefer: in the swing on the huge veranda, on the beach with a virgin colada, or on the ship with a glas of south african wine. On one thing we are sure: the owners Dieter and Jana, the manager Lynn and the whole staff in the restaurants and in the minimarket made our stay onforgettable. And the cleaning ladies who ALWAYS showed their smiles. Yes, there are mosquito's, but they are on most parts of the island, and for that matter in most parts of the Caribbean. The minimarket sells great repellant without DEET, and that protected us very well. The bedroom is airconditioned and has a net, and we never were stung there!!

We were here on a Cricket tour with family. Each family had a separate bungalow which was beautifully designed and very spacious. You can self-cater or eat at the bar restaurant. The breakfasts are substantial and included in the price so you don't really need a lunch!

The owners are Swiss very solicitous of the welfare of the guests and love the water, so the marina is a hive of activity. Some interesting characters live on the yachts and there is some transitory coming and going to keep conversation at the bar entertaining.

The food is good and excellent value, and there is a posh restaurant located in an old Lightship moored to the marina where we dined one night for a step up in class.

The swimming pool area is a good alternative to the sea, and there are kayaks to get around the bay.

To explore Grenada, which is very unspoilt, it is easy to get about by public buses but the Phare Bleu is half an hour's walk from the road (and uphill), so it is necessary to get a lift up to the road from Lynn the very efficient manager. Alternatively car hire is not ridiculously pricey or you can order taxis (about £10 a ride to town).

The only drawback to the idyllic location is that it is a nesting place for mosquitoes, so bring all the electric zappers and repellent spray you can lay your hands on. The owner fumigates the trouble spots personally from time to time and the bedrooms have nets around the beds, but if your skin is as alluring as my wife's you may have a tricky time of it.

Otherwise this is a comfortable, relaxing, cheerful spot for all sorts of holiday, where the staff are keen to make your experience one to remember.
