Our annual visit to Antigua always includes a couple of visits to Nicky & Max at the Hideout. This must be Antigua's best kept secret, as we've never seen it advertised. Max's food is beautifully presented with well-sized portions. I love the fill pastry parcels of mango and Brie with a mango salsa for a starter. My wife's favourite is the Mahi-Mahi.
This tiny restaurant in Piccadilly is well worth seeking out, but I recommend booking as we've seen people turned away.
