My family and I made a reservation in March/08 from the inn's website for July/08. When we arrived to the Motel/Cabins we didn't find what we had expected. The landscape was not kept, the cabins are very old and not very clean. The management wanted us to pay up-front without even seeing our room. We were told we would have a full kitchen and bathroom with a queen bed and double sofa. When we saw the cabin, the storm door didn't close and the windows didn't all have locking mechanisms on them. There were stains on the carpet and the stove had a huge dent in the door. We didn't see a shower or bath tub in the cabin, it was a small room with a toilet and sink and a hot water tank. We also had extreme difficulty with the management. We chose not to stay at the Gateway Inn and went elsewhere, cancelling our reservation.
