We found this excellent place at the very last minute & phoned to see about vacancies that very night. From that initial call, Necip couldn't have been more helpful. We loved staying here. It was quirky but suited our family (8 year old & 9 month old baby) perfectly & felt just like staying in someone's home rather than a guest house. Our room was up under the eaves but clean & cosy. Good comfy mattress. Not having an ensuite bathroom wasn't a problem as there were enough toilets on our floor with another set on the floor below. The bathrooms were clean. We asked about the possibility of dinner & Necip was cooking a local speciality, boar stew, which was fantastic & we ate on the large balcony under vines full of bunches of grapes. The breakfast was also good, again, good quality local breads, cheeses, etc. The great (real) coffee needs a special mention too. Easy on- street parking nearby. As a tourism professor I really enjoyed staying here & got a real sense of local Turkey. One small thing: the rooms didn't have air-con although a large free- standing fan was provided.
