I stayed at the Tagish Wilderness Lodge a couple of summers ago and found my short vacation there simply superb. The setting, the condition of the cabins, the Swiss couple running the place, the food – amazing. What I loved most about this place was not only the fact how well the Koerner’s treat their Huskies, but also the amount of respect they have for Mother Nature. This is an unspoiled piece of paradise on earth. Summing up my experience: I can highly recommend a stay there and wish this Swiss couple all the luck in the world.

I had always wanted to stay in a log cabin in the wilderness and was so lucky to do this one August at Tagish, I saw amazing wildlife, trips on the lake and brilliant food, company and hospitality from Jackie and Beat. It was so wonderful I went back again with my sons in February and did dog mushing, walked on the now frozen lake and loved the deep deep snow and magical scenery, the dogs were amazing and such characters, the log cabins so good....I just loved the whole experience and cant wait for my third visit....Sue Darling

We highly recommend Tagish. Best palce to be. We spent a week there and especially like Beat and Jacqueline to be extremly fine hosts and guides

I booked a exclusive dogmushing tour and found this unique wilderness lodge, South of Whitehorse. The owners corresponded very quickly and I allready felt welcomed. The dog kennel was something I never saw before in Canada. The friendly huskies where all over me and I really enjoyed their company and the trips we(I) took with them. Highly recommendable tour operator.
