When our trips to the city are quick and we don't feel like navigating downtown (or we're just being cheap) we stay at the Travel Inn. We noticed this time that the cleanliness standards have slipped. Our shower curtain was covered in dirt, and the tub mat was folded up wet. Also, a note for anyone traveling with need of a handicap room, you may be disappointed. Their handicap rooms have widened doors but the beds are up against a wall, and for some in fathomable reason, the couch is in the closet. Our tv service wasnt working either.
This place is very old school, complete with metal keys. They tend to good up prices and reservations because its all done by hand.
