“Boring and dirty”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed April 1, 2012

The washrooms were dirty and general atmoshere boring - a typical Greek restaurant. The food was average as was the service. I never eat here but friends asked to meet them there as they seem to like it - go figure. For the type of food served there are a lot better places to eat.

“My personal fav.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 6, 2012

I love Melrose Place! The lemon rice soup is heavenly. Honestly, I've never even tried anything beyond the dry ribs and soup, because I simply adore those specialties.

“Greek Food - quick sevice ample portions'”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 20, 2012

We went there with a large group (40 +). We happened to pick the right table to sit at as there were multiple servers and some were not quicte as quick as ours, so if you are going with a large group, be prepared to wait.

The food was good, portions generous and prices reasonable (including alcohol). Iw ould eat there again. A nice local establishment with a Koy pond in the reception area to entertain the kids while you are waiting for a table.

“Good Brunch”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed February 16, 2012

Sunday Brunch is a new thing for the new owners of this restaurant. The food was mostly warm to hot, with a good selection of cold fruit, lots of different salads and all the usual brunch foods like pancakes, waffles, bacon, sausage, etc. The scrambled eggs were rubber, but the hardboiled eggs made up for that. There was also chicken wings, ribs and meat balls, something you don't often see at a brunch. No omelet maker, but for the price of $12.95, it was better than I expected. All beverages were extra and the service was just adequate.

However, when it came time to pay, I asked if it was really their policy not to refill iced tea, (which the waitress had told us), and the fellow said he would have to check on that, but in the meantime he voluntarily took the $3.00 off our bill. Here is hoping refills are included next time we go.

“Good food at good prices”

Although the decor is a little dated, you will get an excellent breakfast, lunch or dinner here for a reasonable price.
