I just had lunch there yesterday with an old friends I hadn't seen for some time. I had just a simple clubhouse and my friend had the chicken fajita. The food was excellent and the menu selection is one of the more interesting ones in the city.
But what really stands out is the quality of the service. There is always someone waiting for you at the door to take you to your table. The staff is courteous, professional. You get a sense that they will honestly do all they can to accommodate your needs.
The ambiance is endowed with a certain sophistication that is generally refreshing overall. Eating there is pleasant. It is certainly one of the more attractive restaurants in the south end of the city, located on Albert Street. Therefore out-of-town visitors will find it easily.
The one criticism I would made is the complete oversight of cyclists' need. It would be nice to be able to lock our bikes in a proper rack instead around some tree. But hey! I am happy enough to have Earls' around as it is.
