“Art Café- fun environment and good food”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 29, 2014

What a wonderful concept to have a fun little café inside an art gallery. This is a special spot where locals come faithfully everyday. It has a nice variety menu and incredible desserts. Lunch hour is busy but the service is really good. The lobster bisque is really popular because it’s very tasty. Treat yourself to a fun lunch or brekkie. Note that it is not open for dinner.

“Henry's in Regina: Lovely setting and Beautiful Art”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed April 13, 2014

Henry's, in downtown Regina, is worth visiting, for its ambiance and for the beautiful art displayed throughout, and especially on the second floor, most of it by the owner of bistro, which has been carved out of two adjacent houses. I could only wish that Henry's served more than just ordinary (and good) coffee. I ordered cappuccino only to discover that the place does not serve it. Many of the menu items, like seafood chowder and several of the listed desserts, were not available at 2:30 pm when four us took our mid-afternoon coffee break at Henry's. While we didn't do lunch, the quiche and sandwiches sounded good. Afterwards, we adjourned to gallery part of the place, and I am now the proud owner of a small print of Lumsden, Saskatchewan, a small town in the Qu'Appelle Valley, not far from Regina. Give Henry's a try. Perhaps you'll have better luck.

“great place with lots to do...”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 17, 2013

Henry's has a great all day menu, great food and service. There is also an art gallery in his restaurant. He is one of my favorite artists and now novelist. You can buy all kinds of neat items from his place. Do not miss this place. Check out the cathedral area as it is pretty unique and fun to go thru.

“Enjoy the Art”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 3, 2013

Henry's on 14th Avenue is know for the Henry Ripplinger art work on its walls and a unique restaurant to enjoy a lunch. I enjoy browsing the gallery after lunch. Henry Ripplinger is a Regina painter who has captured the essence of rural Saskatchewan in his work. If your from the farm you will relate to his pictures and if your not you will still enjoy the various Saskatchewan scenes. The food is not bad either!

“Go somewhere else.”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed December 23, 2012 via mobile

Not impressed. Food is overpriced and underwhelming. Service was lackluster. Atmosphere was cool, shopping is great upstairs, but the whole experience left a lot to be desired. My friend ordered a "gourmet" hot chocolate for 3.50. I watched the server open a packet of something and pour hot water in it! Same for the hot cider. Terrible. All of the desserts I asked about were brought in, and none of the ones we ordered were good.

Recently tried 13th Ave Coffee House. Go there instead. Yummy food and friendly service.
