I recently stayed at the Ramada for a 2 day workshop. We were able to setup direct billing when we booked our 4 rooms a couple of months prior. This was very beneficial as my employer does not have a company credit card and each of us would have had to pay for our rooms and have to be reimbursed.
The rooms were ok. They do need updating. The door on room 809 had to be forced shut as it didn't close on its own. Room 807 had a sewer smell coming up from the tub drain when the room next door showered. Apparently when the tub was plugged, the smell stopped. Room 803 had an odd smell....not sure if it was musty, moldy or what it was. As we all checked out separtely, I'm not sure if all this info was passed on to the Front Desk Staff.
We ate at Mulligans and enjoyed it very much! Our breakfast and lunch were included in the workshop and the food was excellent. The Hotel was able to provide special meals for those with gluten or other dietary concerns. We had muffins for coffee break in the morning and cookies in the afternoon. The big complaint was the tiny coffee cups! People were going to the restaurant or back to their rooms for go cups.
