“Fantastic”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 24, 2013

We ate here summer 2012. The garden is a great spot for relaxing in the afternoon with a late lunch or early dinner. There was an artist playing in the street nearby so we were able to enjoy the music.

I ordered the burger which is possibly the best burger I have ever had. It had bacon, caramelized onions, and Brie. The fries were perfectly crunchy.

My boyfriend ordered the rabbit pie which was delicious as well. It was served with a fruit compote, and salad.

We ordered sangria, which I am assuming is made with fresh fruit from their garden and that was fantastic as well.

All in all a great lunch.

Must visit.

“Charming but the food is average”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed February 23, 2013 via mobile

I was attracted to this restaurant because of its location and ambiance. Really enjoyed sitting on a patio, they made guests comfortable with heaters and blankets ;) which I appreciated but the food was just average. Rabbit meat was dry and flavours so-so. With so many great restaurants to choose from in QC I will opt to go someplace else next time...

“So great we went twice in 1 weekend”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 20, 2013

I love this place. Not only is the restaurant so beautiful and cozy with great service, but the food is fantastic. Everything we ate (and we ate here twice) was perfection, and the wine list is also extensive and reasonably priced. I miss this cute little restaurant. Also, make a reservation on weekend evenings because this is a small spot.

“Great atmosphere in this little homestyle cafe in the old port”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 18, 2013

This place would have gotten 5 stars if only everything on the plate was delicious. We ordered the rabbit & duck for 2, and 80% of it was great. The rabbit & duck legs confit were amazing, as was the foie gras and the beet salad. Our only complaint was with the sausage being a little on the dry side, and the shredded rabbit meat tasted more like a liver pate.
Coming in out of the cold, this place was very cozy with the fireplace going and it was decorated to feel like you were at home. Staff was very friendly as well.

“Good food”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 17, 2013

We ate the rabbit and duck platter for two. Plenty of food for two hungry people, with extra bread if you want it. Nicely cooked, but a little pricey. Place was packed, but tables did seem to be available for early walk-in.
