Just dined there last week with my husband. Wonderful service and very lovely little restaurant, just across from the Grand Théâtre. Hubby had seafood risotto that he loved. I started with calamari, which were nice but a tad rubbery - the tomato dipping sauce was lovely and fresh tasting. I had the smoked salmon tartare, which was nice but I would have liked a mix of non-smoked fish to balance the flavour. Very nice list of wines by the glass. Quebec City has lots of good food, but this was a cozy and elegant, yet down-to-earth place that I strongly recommend. Interestingly, I noticed several diners eating solo, so my guess is that these were locals enjoying a bite at a favorite place.
