I spent 2 nights at the Hotel 71 in Quebec.
I must say the Hotel was very pleasant, very comfortable and with nice amenities, like free Nespresso in the room, in the Lobby, free internet access and breakfast included.
The room was cozy and very comfortable and everything was modern and worked very well.
Then only thing that I've found bad was the Gym, which was a small exercise room lacking equipment
