“tasty breakfast”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 6, 2012

Wonderful Parisan-style cafe. I had breakfast of eggs Benedict and a bol of cafe au lait. The atmosphere is wonderful and relaxed. Come to spend a leisurely meal.

“Like being in France without the airline Fare”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 26, 2012

We are sitting in the Le Petit Coin Latin as we had to come back here to have our last breakfast in Quebec City. This is our 2nd breakfast here. The crepes are divine as was the ham omelette. The cafe au lait is served in a bowl like cup and is delicious. The croissants were wonderful. The wait staff were friendly and attentive. We will definitely comeback.

“Great Food, Great Value”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 29, 2012

This restaurant is situated in the old city just off Rue St Jean. The atmosphere is vibrant, the service is excellent and friendly and it is really great value. There is a nice variety of food and we shared some very nice garlic escargot to start with followed by a 'Roclette' meal which was very good. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

“An inexpensive oasis”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 12, 2012 via mobile

Nestled between Rue st Jean and Rue st Louis we found this haven away from the usual tourist restaurants. It has a lovely terrace and a wonderfully mixed clientele. Business people. students. ladies that lunch and the odd tourist. It all feels a little quirky with plastic chairs that look as if they have been repaired with meccano. This is one of the best value restaurants we have ever been to. The table d'hote has many variations. My wife had lovely veg soup followed by a huge plate of antipasta. maple syrup ice cream and coffee for $14.95. A glass of house wine was $4.25. All well prepared and served with a smile. Good food. Nice place and people all within old town Quebec. A real find.

“Nice patio for a delicious French lunch”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 28, 2012

My husband and I ate lunch here after a morning at the Citadelle. It was a really pleasant experience, from the nice sunny porch to the delicious quiche lunch to the carrot cake dessert that I said I was only going to try but ate half of. The service (the owner and the server teamed up) was also nice and the crowd was a friendly mix of locals and visitors (who were actually speaking French). I would recommend Le Petit Coin Latin!
