Stayed with my family three nights end of December. All staff at this hotel are very courteous. Efficient valet parking service. Booked a premium room; was on the 16th floor with great city view. Room is nice and clean; yes it is a minimalist design, but we liked it. We had a room with two double beds (not queen size). Pool is large and nice. Hotel is conveniently located in the Lower city area that has just been revamped. Will definitely consider this hotel for our next trip to Quebec City.

If you like classic old fashioned hotels this is NOT the hotel for you.

The rooms are decent size with a comfortable bed, refrigerator, desk and a small sitting area, large size flat screen tv, good size bathroom.

The bathroom is shower only and not fully enclosed which some people don't like but it had good water pressure and you could adjust the shower head so that you won't splash water everywhere.

There is WiFi available, and it work well for us.

The breakfast at the hotel was decent but a bit on the smaller size. The pancakes however where incredible!

The location is a little far from the old town, which we were aware of. It is a uphill 20min walk up to reach the old town. Take Couronne left as you exit the hotel, you can take the elevator at the end, take St Claire on the right as you exit the elevator and UP to St Jean. Turn left and you will reach the old town.

There are plenty of places to eat nearby, pizza, Thai, etc. worth mentioning was Saigon-Bangkok next door. Good food and bring your own wine!

We stayed there during Christmas eve. The hotel is clean, modern, convenient location and the staff were helpful and friendly. Upon checked in, I asked for higher floor based on other reviewers. She gave us 16th floor, across the elevator (didn't bother us a bit) and when we open our door: wow! Flabbergasted with the view. The whole Quebec was in font of us. Perfect if you don't have much time to stroll around in cold winter night of Quebec. You literally sleeping under the star in that room.
They have self-serve coffee machine in the lobby - nice touch. And also hot chocolate too for my little daughter. Fo under 100 bucks, this is very very very good hotel. Inside the room is king bed, trendy washroom, and free wifi. The valet is $20, but it's vallet. In Montreal you paid the same amount and you still have to walk 10 minutes (read my review of hotel quarter de spectacle). Definitely our new choice of hotel if we go to Quebec city again.

Stayed for one night and found the hotel very comfortable. We were on the 12th floor with a good view. The room is stylish, the bathroom is great and there was enough space for my wife and I. It's not somewhere to stay for weeks on end - but very few hotels now have chests of drawers. Something I always notice is how loud the heating/cooling is - our experience was good with the fan relatively quiet and only needing to be on occasionally to keep the room heated. Sound-proofing was OK - there's quieter, but there's much louder. Our experience with the front desk staff was very good, the same with the valet parking. The hotel isn't in old quebec, but it's a 15 minute walk and has some nice boutiques nearby - including an awesome kid's store. I'll be staying here again on business if I get the option.
