“Great location on Laurier”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 29, 2012 via mobile

Old but renovated hotel close to the Laurier shopping center, Sky Spa and Cosmo restaurant. Indoor pool and parking lot. Rooms with kitchen are available. Price are fair. Rooms are cleaned. Another restaurant is also available on site.

No parking for tour bus. Can barely pull into front to disembark passengers. They told me to stay on street, in transit bus lane to unload. AND, they actually have a bus icon sign with a red line through it at the entrance! That says it all right there. Don't book a tour group here.

5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 6, 2012

I stayed in this hotel in October for three days. The rooms were large with fridge and microwave oven and very comfortable bed. The space was large with balcony and room rate was very resaonable. The bath room was clean and very lighted. The Cosmos restaurant is next door with good food.

Room Tip: rooms at the back side passing off the swimming pool and the exercise room are very comfortable.

Hotel is a great place to stay if you are doing business in the Quebec/St-Foy area. The location is great. Easy access to the highway, close to shopping, grocery stores and an easy drive into Vieux-Quebec. I had a corporate suite which had a functional kitchen, separate bedroom and a balcony with a nice view. Free parking is also a plus. Very good value if you are looking for a functional, clean place to stay for business.
My only complaint is the bedding- really old and cheap. If they would update that, I would give it 5 stars.

Despite the address the hotel is a long way from the attractions of Old Quebec City. It is easy to get there, straight along the road to the right, but the advantage is it is relatively inexpensive. Rooms were large and spacious, bed comfortable and linen clean, pillows firm. The Cosmos restaurant served a very good and reasonably priced two egg, ham breakfast for 12CAD(inc tax and tip) .

if you are going for Vacation , definitely this would not be a good choice
we have been in Hotel Classique for two nights, first night they accommodated us on the top of construction site !- I have been waken up with noise of hammer at 7am and it seems they always have construction somewhere !
but after our serious claim, management gave us a fabulous room facing river view !
Don't take street side rooms even for free !
location is far from old city but it is straight forward and you may have to spend additional 10 bucks per day for parking in old city
first room was look like on the route" 2 star" motels but second night after moving to new room on the rivers side, I should admit it was clean and goes with 4 star hotel
staff were polite and helpful.
City itself was amazing

Okay for one night or two. The cheapest in the area. The staff is kind. This hotel needs a serious updating.
