We stayed 2 nights and had a comfortable, fantastic stay. We are regulars of le Germain group of hotels and this one's our favorite. We now know what to expect so the intimacy and location of this particular location stands out. We felt very comfortable and at home here.

It's hard to believe people had negative experiences because even on a bad day the hotel management and staff go above and beyond to fix any problems.

Breakfast is a great bonus: fresh croissants, cafe au lait from the machine, fresh fruit, yogurt, cheese....yum!

If we were to be really picky the hotel is starting to see some wear and tear but who cares..the beds are ultra luxe, the hotel is quiet, free wi-fi, delicious robes and 24-hour cafe machine.

Be sure that it is clearly understood whether you have a river view or a city view. We had upgraded our room to get a river view and when we arrived, we were told that there were no river view rooms available, but the rate stayed the same. The city view was very nice ( for 10 minutes ). We had stayed there 2 years before and had a beautiful room with a river view. Things seemed more organized than they did 2 years later. I must say I was disappointed.

This boutique hotel is one of the nicest I've ever stayed in, a combination of charm and class.

Our room was clean (very important) and nice sized. We loved the ambiance throughout the hotel and enjoyed the little extras like the fruit and coffee available all day and the special delivery of bottled water, ice and just the right amount of chocolate to satisfy our sweet tooth. The continental breakfast is far more then danish and coffee, it is a full breakfast assortment and for a small charge it can be delivered to the room. After a day of shopping and sightseeing we sat by the fire and enjoyed the best martini ever!

The staff at Hotel Dominion is exceptional. From the front desk to housekeeping, each and everyone we came in contact with was helpful and pleasant and made our weekend stay what it was, PERFECT!

After reading about this hotel on TripAdvisor and in several different newspapers' Travel sections, a friend and I booked rooms for a weekend trip. It was a really nice stay. We loved the breakfasts (and the famous espresso machine!) and the big fireplace in the lobby/lounge. Staff members were all very friendly and helpful, even when it came to getting a taxi at 6 a.m. to get to the airport for our early return flight. Rooms were comfortable, with nice bed linens and Aveda products in the bathrooms. You can't beat the location - we walked absolutely everywhere for sightseeing, shopping, and eating. Don't miss L'Echaude or (my favorite) Toast!, both of which are very close to the Hotel.
