We stay here as a half way point for our drive from Toronto to Halifax. The service is always consistant and always above our expectation. This hotel caters to our dog as well as they cater to us. I love staying here.

Stayed here on a Saturday night with some friends. The location is fantastic as it is just steps away from the main strip of nightlife: all the well known restaurants, bars and nightclubs. The hotel was clean and the rooms spacious and comfortable, especially the beds! Wi-fi in the lobby is free but there is a charge to use it in the rooms - which always irks me. In my travels I have found that in the most basic of hotels and guest houses all over the world, Internet is always free and in the most luxurious ones you will be charged an arm and a leg. Other than that, I have no complaints! We paid about $150 a night for a room with two double beds.

three nights with the family for christmas showed me smiles everywhere. the people at the front desk, in particular pasquale, where amazing in helping us find the reservation we needed for restaurant, made many calls for us and looked as if they really wanted to help. it was christmas so every kid received a nice gift. the rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. it was extra cold -25 so we appreciated the valet service. the revolving restaurant in the hotel is extraordinary, for the food, the view and again the staff. will definitely go back.

W just spent a great weekend in Quebec City. Just love it there and they are so nice they gave us two feet of snow for the Holidays. As to the hotel, our room was on the 23rd floor and faced the city. Awesome view, really. The rest, tired and old. Wifi was like $20.00 per day which in this day and age is uncalled for I think. Parking was fairly expensive but very convenient. The staff, nice but don't expect a big smile from most of them. They were all helpful and polite but clearly this was just a job they did and not someplace they were glad to be working at. The room was clean but no coffee and no cups and even after calling housekeeping we did not get any. We rented three rooms and one room did not face the city and without the view, there are better places to stay. With the view though you do get a whole new perspective on this great city. We did not have dinner in the restaurant but did have drinks. Beer was $10.00 but again, the view does come with it.
All in all, not bad for the money but it really needs a makeover and a management that can get their team motivated a bit more.
