It is unfortunate that almost nothing is translated into any language. Most travellers speak English, and few French, plus Canada has two official languages. I would have thought that the historical information and pamphlets would be in both languages, so that the rest of the world can learn of the history -- too bad! That said, we had a wonderful short tour with Francois and he kindly answered any questions. The tour is free and was a good experience though I we definitely missed out on most of the history. Pass through the security scan and show your photo identification. Many of the tours are fully booked by travel agencies, so check with the front desk clerk early in the day as to the available time slots for tours.
