The hotel locate near Road 40 , five minutes from the airport 30 minutes from down town Montreal
Good choice if you are in business and your office is nearby.
The hotel room are big, contains almost full kitchen.
10 minutes from the hotel there is a mall (beware it is being closed early) and a big middle eastern supermarket with good fresh food which you can store at your room.
Nearby you can also find multiplex and some restaurants + fast food (like MacDonald’s and Subway).
Breakfast is ok the usual standard of such hotel in N/A (some scramble eggs , muffins , bacon/sausage, fruits salads, serial and some milk products).
Every other day you can accept some snacks in the evening.
Hotel room was very clean. Parking is free.
The hotel has a shuttle to the airport , but if you want to go to the downtown you better have a car.

We stayed here one night over the Marathon weekend. Husband was able to have an amazing breakfast (started too late for the runners). The staff was accommodating and friendly. The room that we had was big with kitchen etc. nice but old.

We have stayed in this hotel for a night after checking out from residence inn mont trembland. I would say the queen suite was awesome. huge space and it won`t take more then 3 mins for check in and maybe less time in check out. I really like the breakfast buffet (so refreshing) and also the pool. I would love to stay there again atleast for couple of nights on next trip.

Frequent traveler for business and almost always at a Marriott property. I'm usually at a Sprinhill Suites, however the past two trips my business colleague has convinced me to stay at a Residence Inn. I don't recall the Residence Inn properties being as nice as the past two, but this once is quite nice. I believe it is a fairly new property and is connected to a Courtyard. If you are looking for comfort, modern, space, and amenities without being nickeled and dimed for every little thing as in more big name properties, the Residence Inn is an excellent choice. Exceptional hot and cold breakfast - free, wireless Internet in room and lobby - free. Those two extras alone are extremely important to me and will often be a deal breaker when choosing a hotel. The reception area, lounge and breakfast area are modern and well maintained. I think this hotel in particular might be a little known secret in the Montreal area. It is within 5 minutes of a major airport, yet is not crowded with loads of business travelers, and is in very close proximity to major shopping, movies, and restaurants (walking distance). In addition, the staff is very professional and friendly. Unfortunately I won't be able to take advantage of the managers reception as it is only done on Tues/thurs here (they do it more often at other Residence Inn properties). Based on everything I have seen, I am certain it would not disappoint. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
