Very nice hotel, with an extremely hip vibe. The hipster, party vibe is so strong it is a turn off if that is not what you are looking for in a hotel. The rooms were ok, but again a bit too hip at the expense of being comfortable: Non-traditional bathroom with blue curtain only to separate sinks, tub and shower from bed. Also the rooms and halls are dark, but that is common at W hotels. The hotel is loud on the weekends. I ate in the restaurant for breakfast, and it was very good, but room service was extremely expensive and poor quality. The concierge and front desk were very hospitable and helpful, which is a plus. Next time I go to Montreal, I will likely try a different hotel...but for some I could see this being a prime choice.
