Our office went for lunch to congratulate a colleague's promotion. We had the WORST experience ever. First, not everybody had the chance to have a glass of water with a simple hello at our table. Then when we order it is one sheet per table, and there is no way to track what comes to your table and what is on your plate, because the server do not explain which sushi are which. following our sushi, they lost our order and we waited 45 min for our second plate to arrive. We had to literally catch a server flying by to ask him where our order was as the table next to us was receiving their second order ( second sheet)!!!! they came back with our second plate but was incomplete. once we asked the server where the rest of the order was, he yelled at us. We told him we did not want to have it anymore and he kept yelling at us!
We asked for a reduction on the price as we were really dissatified with the service, the manager gave us a reduction, however they were not able to calculate with their computer and had to wait for 15 min for them to be able to print a receipt I had to calculate an estimate myself ask them for the change to be able to leave and go back to work. This lovely lunch took 2 hours
on top of it, they charged us on the bill for gratuity!!!!!
I had stomach aches and my colleagues too.
terrible place, terrible food, horrible service!!!!
NEVER GO THERE!
