Before I get started here let me just inform you that my party of 9 people went to the other location on Jarry Street which is not far from the location on Ontario Street. We had reservations at 6:30 for a party of 9 people which we were seated right away but our waiter immediately informed us that his English wasn't that great (being a party of Anglophones). Our waiter (Marco) took our orders within a reasonable time frame of being seated but we had to wait 20-25 mins to get 3 iced teas and a litre of wine! The best part is that he gave us the entrées with our main dishes which we only received at 8:45ish which he brought to us individually so we had people waiting for their food past 9:00 when we were seated at 6:30...more than 2 hour wait for simple food which would take any other restaurant 45 mins max to serve but at least we would have had our entrées within 20 minutes of ordering. My father was talking to our waiter in Portuguese which he understood better but still was making careless mistakes with our bill. My dad advised him of the error on our bill and he went to change it but when he came back, there was another mistake where he forgot to charge for my dad's plate. An ex-employee came to our table and spoke to us in English, apologizing for the delay and informing us that there were only two people running both the tables and the kitchen which is just ridiculous even for a small restaurant such as this! At least we ended up getting a free litre of wine and a free plate haha. The food was slightly above average but the service was absolutely terrible! The restaurant itself feels cozy and is rather small, holding a maximum of 30 people. Would not recommend the location on Jarry to anybody unless they hire more people and/or change administration!
