Even though the food was pretty tasty, there are several problems with this place:
Please note that we were two people and had the 'all you can eat' BBQ.
The food is pre-spiced, and no other condiments are provided. I enjoy adding my own spices and sauce.
There are very few options other than your basic meat selection; too few sides to choose from, and I would appreciate things like Pa Jun, spring/egg rolls, and so on that you would get if you went to a different place.
Drinks not included, so it's also fairly expensive compared to the competing place a few blocks away.
I found service to be very slow (this was during lunch time). We had big problems getting someone to notice us when we had to pay and head back to the office.
The grill indoors was set too hot, and no customer-facing controls were provided. The grill surface was also round and very small, it could barely fit two slices of anything really. Even two people felt crowded. If you can, sit outdoors. The grills outdoors are much better.
Overall, i would recommend Tianixa a few blocks away on Bishop instead.
