“Over the top topiary. Nice restaurant.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 4, 2013

I didn't want to go but my wife insisted. It was worth the trip. The topiary is unbelievable. Super large. Funny. Just plain amazing to see. We had lunch at the restaurant and the food selection was very good with a large covered outdoor seating area.

Combining the botanical garden and the Tower of Montreal makes for a full day of fun in Montreal. Oh...also go to the Insectorium. I know, I know, who the heck wants to see insects. This is really done well! Butterfly displays and beetles the size of your hand. A live display of leaf cutting ants doing their thing is fascinating. Very well done and only takes an hour.

“International Mosaiculture”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 4, 2013

Had a great walk through the botanical gardens in great weather. The sculptures were amazing. Walking around the entire area took about 2-3 hours. It is a beautiful place to visit even if you're not a fan of these things usually.

“A Superd Venue At All Times”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 4, 2013

We visited the Gardens during their Mosaiculture's event. It was nothing short of spectacular. It is easy to see why this show attracted record high numbers.

That being said, there is always something in the gardens that make a visit an exceptional experience.

“Fantastic mosaiculture displays”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 4, 2013

These displays simply 'wowed' both my wife and myself - they realy are magnificent, and quite unlike any other garden topiary displays we had seen. The gardens themselves are, understandably, somewhat overshadowed by these wonderful figures of different birds and animals, and it must be said that as most of the garden plants are traditional English ones, we would have been a little disappointed at having to pay a high entry price just to see the garden itself without the mosaiculture.

“Fantastic Display of International Mosaiculture in Montreal”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 3, 2013

We were most fortunate that our wonderful B&B host told us about the moasiculture display in the Botanic Gardens and that we were able to visit the display during the extended last week. The sculptures were absolutely fantastic - we were enthralled by the imagination, size and layout of the displays. In addition, the Botanic Gardens have wonderful displays, including the Chinese and Japanese sections.
