5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 10, 2013

Super clean suite of rooms (2 HD flat screen TVs) at the cost of a regular hotel room! Great staff and service! Easy access to Metro (2 stations) and only 2 blocks from rue Sainte-Catherine (lots of shops and restaurants there). Very quick and reliable free WiFi. Continental breakfast included. Walking distance from city center. A great find!

This little place is not what we expected. It is very unusual. The decor is eclectic and chaotic. Everything is very clean, and the staff very friendly and helpful. We traveled with our 10 year old grand-daughter and had a suite that contained an attached bedroom for her. This met our needs perfectly. Beds are very comfortable and our room totally quiet. If you are looking for the Ritz.....you won't find it here. If you are looking for a place with lots of quirkiness and charm, give it a try. Breakfasts are very adequate for the traveler.

A beautiful little hotel, located on Rue St. Marc, between Rue St. Catherine and Rene Levesque Blvd. A short walk to lots of great restaurants and shops. The staff is incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. My room was fantastic. Besides having a private entrance, it was very spacious, with two bedrooms (one with a king sized bed and the other with two twins), a huge bath with a Jacuzzi tub and glass enclosed shower and a sitting room with a fireplace. The only issue was the parking. Without the proper credentials (window sticker) you are not allowed to park on any of the streets around the hotel. I found a public parking garage just around the corner (off Rene Levesque) that cost only $15 overnight. It was a just short walk to the hotel, and only a small inconvenience, but something to keep in mind before you check-in. I will definitely stay here again and would have no issue recommending this hotel to any of my friends or colleagues.

I unfortunately only stayed for one night here during a quick trip to Montreal. I was most impressed upon arrival - the hotel looked nothing like a hotel but more like a home away from home. A staircase leads to the reception area which is a small hallway, staffed by the 24/7 receptionist (while there the same person was present all the time). The rooms are quite amazing and I was put in the basement room - which turned out to be a nice apartment with two bedrooms, a living room and a huge bathroom with a jacuzzi. It also had its own entrance to the front street.
The hotel location is very quiet but still close to a lot of restaurants that stay open until late.
Breakfast was very basic but you can order full breakfast (think it was around 16 CAD). Definitely worth a vist - wifi also worked extremely well.

Room Tip: I didn't get to see all rooms but the two I saw were both impressive - bear in mind that this is...

Upon my arrival I was greeted by a smiling face, and after a quick check in I was escorted to my amazing suite. The rooms are a good size, very clean and so comfortable especially after a long day of shopping! Their location at the end of st Catherine and Rene levesque makes it a quiet and handy location to get anywhere in minutes. I plan to stay there whenever I'm in Montreal.

This boutique hotel had everything. Loved the European decor/style. The owner Abraham was terrific in that he doesn't rest until you are happy and have everything you need for a most pleasant stay.He was always accessible too! He certainly pays attention to the smaller, yet important details. (i.e., there was chilled wine and glasses with a note for my bday when we returned home). There were plenty of lush towels and the bed was amazingly comfortable, the best hotel bed ever; didn't want to get out of it. The rooms were nicely decorated, a good size with plenty of room and spacious armoires. Bathrooms were gorgeous, spacious and the hot tub was a plus after walking around the city for 5 hrs.
The breakfast floor/area was nice. Continental breakfast was sufficient and coffee delicious.

It was very quiet too; never heard our neighbors. Also, the hotel alarm system was very safe.

A plus for us was Abraham's dog who we fell in love with! We got to visit with him at breakfast every morning.

All staff were friendly and most accommodating.
It was amazing how spacious the accommodations were configured in a smaller building.

We will definitely be back!
