Stayed at this hotel many years ago and thought I'd pay a return visit. I was a bit disappointed by the room I was given on the 14th floor. Although the room was clean, the bed comfortable and the location to downtown Montreal is excellent, the look of the room was old, chipped sink in bathroom, paint peeling over bathtub, the entire room needs updating. Furniture was also chipped and in need ot tlc. I must say that the price for this room was okay (it was a special rate), hope a customer given this room does not pay more than $119. I will return to see how things have improved. Hope I will not be disappointed.

A senior who enjoys travelling to cities where Delta is located.

We stay every year to celebrate New Years Eve. We take the Via rail from Toronto, then easy walk to the Delta. Delta always accommodates us so well. Thanks goes out to Nellie for our special care. The morning breakfast buffet is always wonderful however we did have dinner at the same restaurant one evening and it was very poor. Menu needs more to choose from.

We didn't sleep well because the mattress was very old, the room is outdated, the ceiling was black around the ventilation, the hair dryer was broken, no wifi available, no fridge. The 2 women at the reception didn't really care about our complaint, they just said they will look into it.They ask for $24 to park my car, when you can find indoor parking spot a block away for half the price...

I stayed with my son. Rooms are old style need change. Bathroom was clean. Spacious room.
Good for business stay and family. If you want to go downtown Montreal, one can walk to
St.Catherine street.

Tim Hortons is close by.
