This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! The only good thing was it's walking distance to everywhere. The rooms are small and very out dated. Don't be fooled by the pics on the internet, there are no flat screens in the rooms. No fridges. No water presure after changing rooms twice. We gave up. Very dirty there were white stains on our curtains, I don't want to know what they were. Black marks on the ceiling where the air vent is, cob weds, dirty glasses in the bathroom. Very over priced. Beakfast well maple syrop has been in the hearter for so long you could make cany with it, waffles soggy, as well as pancakes, eggs wattery, chocolate milk warm. Not enough parking and works on first come first serve bases, so park your car and pay for taxi or walk otherwise you loose out.

I am sorry that you did not have a pleasant stay, and that our accommodations were not satisfactory. I assure you that the room you occupied was not the 'norm' of our hotel and that with our upcoming renovations we will address the issues you have mentioned.
We have 170 brand new Mode category rooms which have been completely refurbished including new bathroom vanities and fixtures.I agree that there are some rooms in need of attention and we have begun conducting preventative maintenance including the cleaning of air conditioning units and changing of filters. I apologise if the room was not cleaned up to our usually high standards and assure you that we normally obtain compliments regarding our cleanliness.
We usually obtain compliments regarding our breakfast buffet. However, I am very sorry that it was not up to standards and please be assured that your review was read by the Food & Beverage Director.
I agree that our parking is quite small compared to the hotel size. We unfortunatelly have the "First Come - First Serve" option as It would be very difficult for us to keep track of over 200 parking spaces and manage it. Although, we try to offer an alternative as our parking does connect with a bigger indoor parking garage and clients are always welcome to park there. However, I am sorry for the inconveniences it caused you.
Again, I am sorry that your stay was not satisfactory and can only hope you will eventually return to see us again the near future.
