I stayed at the Delta Centre-Ville this past weekend and was blown away once again by the exceptional service and ambiance of the hotel. In my travels, I have seen huge hotels lack warmth, both in the design of the building and the way the staff interacts and the Delta hits that out of the park. The staff is so friendly, always smiling and willing to help out before you can even ask. Special shout out to Fanny who checked us in - thank you for the warm welcome! Your smile and charm is infectious!

We ordered room service and it couldn't have been more tasty! The pizza and poutine are too delicious for my own good! The renovated rooms are a breath of fresh air! So happy you are undergoing the renovations! The beds are amazingly comfortable and the new shampoo & conditioner smell fantastic! Overall a great experience! We will definitely be back soon!

The rooms are spacious, but old fashioned. The room I had did not have wi-fi. The tele was old and not flat screen. A lot of channels but few speaking English.
My bathroom needed mastic all round the sink. The bath was chopped and had rust stains.
The breakfast buffet was good. The bar was nice but not cheap.
The location is fine.

The staff is very courteous and always helpful. This is why I continue to stay at the Delta Centre Ville. It is centrally located for business and pleasure. Would recommend to anyone visiting Montreal.

Got a very good online rate for this hotel. It is large hotel with nice rooms that is quite centrally located. It takes about 15 mins to walk to old Montreal. If you are driving, you should note that you'd have to pay about $25/night for parking.

The hotel gave us free vouchers for breakfast - and the food was just excellent! Large selection of items in a buffet like setting in their large restaurant! Was really great and served quite well after a heavy night of drinking.
