Stumbled across this place while walking around Old Montreal. This is what we found closest to a typical American diner. It was relatively cheap compared to many sit-down places and the food is fair - just don't ask if it's healthy. As one reviewer said, it seems like they deep fry their bacon.
Still, breakfast for two (omelettes) was $30. This is just an expensive town.
Service was solid, although the server tried to keep speaking French to us even though it was clear we only spoke English and she had English skills as well.
Would go back. I think they serve breakfast anytime, which is a bonus.
