“Nice hotel in good location.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 28, 2012

Very good service in reception and room. Helpful staff and room always clean when I return for the day. Next to Chinatown so plenty of restaurants to pick from if you want to eat Chinese, Vietnam food. Also close to Metro station. You can catch the number 747 bus (bus stop number 8) from the airport that stops in front of the hotel. Breakfast is selection of bakeries. My room was small and so is the bathroom. I couldn't swing a cat in the shower. If I spit it will fall on my feet. :) However, the room is clean and the bed is comfy. Even though it has a king size bed it is just right for a single person. I think the room is abit too small for a couple but if you only spend sleep time there it is ok. There is no in room safe. I was there in November , the room was nice and warm. When I read some old reviews about this hotel I think they have done a lot to improve things. Good on them!

Great location for getting around Montreal. Walking distance to Place des Arts, Chinatown, Old Montreal; plus metro and bus very handy. Rooms are small but they have everything you need, and it's clean and quiet. We had a great time!

Good central location. Clean and secure. I stayed here for six nights on a business trip to Montreal. I was not expecting a boutique hotel or anything fancy and did not get it. What I did get was excellent value for money and good service.

. We had reserved a room with 2 queens and a pull out to find we get a room with 2 single beds and a bunk bed. When we get to the room we find the bunk bed not made and with hair allthroughout. When we went to the front desk with this information they insisted that they check first. Giving us the impression that they did not believe us.

Taking a shower in the unit had made the whole bathroom floor start flooding.

When calling the front desk for the possibility of ordering food we get only that "everything is closed" with no help in getting anything to eat.

In addition we also had the elevator not let us out. When we used the emergency button and picked up the telephone to alert the staff to the situation. they hung upon us. This is brutally unacceptable to hang up on people that might believe they are trapped in an elevator.

Room Tip: Go to a different hotel
