“Bed not made had hair in it”

. We had reserved a room with 2 queens and a pull out to find we get a room with 2 single beds and a bunk bed. When we get to the room we find the bunk bed not made and with hair allthroughout. When we went to the front desk with this information they insisted that they check first. Giving us the impression that they did not believe us.

Taking a shower in the unit had made the whole bathroom floor start flooding.

When calling the front desk for the possibility of ordering food we get only that "everything is closed" with no help in getting anything to eat.

In addition we also had the elevator not let us out. When we used the emergency button and picked up the telephone to alert the staff to the situation. they hung upon us. This is brutally unacceptable to hang up on people that might believe they are trapped in an elevator.

Room Tip: Go to a different hotel

We understand that our European style rooms are smaller than the standard.We would 've like you to inform the front desk personnel or the housekeeping about the problems encounter in your room and the hotel before leaving the hotel unhappy.Please note that I will personally investigate what happen during your stay and will correct the problem in our end.
