. We had reserved a room with 2 queens and a pull out to find we get a room with 2 single beds and a bunk bed. When we get to the room we find the bunk bed not made and with hair allthroughout. When we went to the front desk with this information they insisted that they check first. Giving us the impression that they did not believe us.
Taking a shower in the unit had made the whole bathroom floor start flooding.
When calling the front desk for the possibility of ordering food we get only that "everything is closed" with no help in getting anything to eat.
In addition we also had the elevator not let us out. When we used the emergency button and picked up the telephone to alert the staff to the situation. they hung upon us. This is brutally unacceptable to hang up on people that might believe they are trapped in an elevator.
