“This is a must!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 26, 2013

You cannot do Old Montreal without walking Rue St-Paul.
Go in both directions as there are restaurants and things to see in both directions.

“Beautiful old street”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 17, 2013

If you want to see genuine Old Montreal, this is it. The architecture is breathaking. The street is basically a photographer's dream. Plenty of shops & restaurants line the streets to pop into to get out of the cold.

“Epitomizes Old Montreal”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 7, 2013

Small street with plenty of life, restaurants leading up to the main old Montreal centre. I've enjoyed several meals at restuarants on this street - good for business meals or family. Mix of sophistication and simplicity.

“Over rated”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed March 3, 2013

It was a very cold day in March but I could not see what the attraction was to Rue St Paul.Lots of tourist tat shops. We enjoyed the large building with products made in Quebec all really good quality. There are also 4 very large photographs in the stairwell of how the port looked when it was busy which we found interesting.
