We stayed in the second floor street facing apartment for almost a week. The unit was immaculate. It was like having a little slice of Europe all around you. The flat has been recently finished with laminate flooring and elegant modern European fixtures in the bathroom. Bathroom also featured a headed floor, skylight, and warming lamp. There was a convenient dressing area between the bedroom and the bathroom. Bedroom featured a queen size bed with beautiful linens, a TV (cable) mounted on the wall , and swing out windows that looked onto the street. There was an air conditioner in the bedroom that cooled the entire flat. The sitting/ eating area outside the bedroom was small but functional for two. Included a small fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. Table for two. The small balcony had two chairs for a leisurely glass of wine after a day of touring. There is a washer and dryer in the upstairs landing that we were encouraged to use if we needed. Luke, the host was most gracious, friendly but not intrusive.
A five minute walk from the Metro. Quaint little grocery shops within walking distance and Premier Moisson bakery around the corner, not to be missed.
Best feature: Location, comfort.
Least liked: Parking? (not sure as we took the train), lack of a full stove, although for a few dollars more, the rear unit has a full kitchen.
