“pleasantly surprised!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 30, 2013

I recently had dinner with friends and it was a great experience.
Nice decor, laidback yet professional service, simple and varied menu.
Some of the previous reviews aren't fair; I'd say this restaurant is for a younger more relaxed crowd, so if you expect fast service or fine dining, you've come to the wrong place!
Come in, have a seat, order a beer and enjoy the cheerful atmosphere!

“Not acceptable”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed June 27, 2013

I recently went for brunch with friends and I was disappointed. The latte was almost cold and I had to wait 15 minutes. In fact I think the milk has not been heated enough.
We waited almost 45 minutes for our Benedictine eggs. It's a bit long. I know that Saturday mornings are made to take his time, but not to lose ... Another 15 minutes to pay for our meal. In all, 75 minutes of waiting for 15 minutes of pleasure to eat. And then we felt that we had to leave quickly! It's was not bad, but time is money. And during the summer, we have many other things to do than wait. The restaurant owner should really think about the needs of its customers and if he is not able to give a good service, it should consider changing the menu or close the restaurant.

“Great atmosphere, tasty food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 17, 2013 via mobile

We were very happy with food and service.

We walked in without making reservations and the place was packed, but they managed to find us a small table right away.

We loved the atmosphere, as it is filled with 99 % younger crowd and it has a good vibe. Our food was very, very tasty and coffee was very good too.

I would certainly come back.

“Got up and left!”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed February 17, 2013

Went to Griffinttown for Saturday brunch. Got there at about 10:30. Place was pretty quiet at that time with many empty tables. Placed order for my wife and I and coffee served within a few minutes. Breakfast FINALLY got to us about 40 minutes later! Everything was cold and not very appealing. Complained to waiter. Sent it back. Waited another 20 minutes, No food to be seen. Got up and left.
Many other patrons were also getting very antsy. Very little food being served. According to waiter it was because they had a new chef and sous-chef. That is still no excuse - especially to serve cold food. Won't be going back anytime soon.
