How to start this awful stay at this place? I wish I picked another one! This place is a hole, the rooms are nevertheless ok and clean, but not worth it. There is a Sheraton neraby so pay a little extra $ and go there.
We reserved, my daugther and I, a room near the Bell Center to see the Wall concert on tuesday 26th of june a month in advance. We arrived at the hotel precisely at 3pm the check in time. We were told the room wasnt ready and to wait 30 minutes, so we decided to go eat. We came back at 5:15pm to the hotel and presented ourselves at the front desk where the worst clerk Deena attended us with no hello, neither a smile. She looks at her computer and tell us the room was still not ready! Thats when I started to tell her it wasnt acceptable to make customers wait like this, specially it was reserved in advance and reserved to make our life easier, but this place made it so difficult. I even had to ask her if it was possible for them to even feel a bit sorry for us, she then appolagize, but wasnt sincere. In the morning, during check out, again, no hello, good morning, but a very sad face who definitly dosent know what she is doing, she hands me two coupons for breakfast telling me it isnt included with my room, I tell her then why would you even give me the coupons if they are not included? Why would you even say that to a customer? There was another rude guy with a beard at the front desk laughing at us while we were leaving. I travelled a lot and always will, but service like this should be told so people dont waiste their time and money going there. Like I said, go to the Sheraton or Novotel, they are both close to the Bell Center, it will make the experience magical, because Quality Inn sure killed the magic for my daugther and I. They are the definition of rudeness.
