“not so great”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed August 14, 2013

Very pricy for what you get...we ordered a plate of carbonara pasta, and there was too much pepper. The gnocchi plate was very small my boyfriend was still hungry at the end, and it was just a few gnocchi with some pepper...for 20$+tx
And they didn't offered us any cheese for the pasta.
Won't go back at this place.

“This is the best pizza marguerite!!!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 11, 2013

First of all, we went to another restaurant who's bragging rights gave it the title for having the best pizza in Little Italy in Montreal. Well, based on their ratings, and probably appealing to tourists, you would think that they would take credit cards...wrong!!!! So we left and walked around Little Italy, and lo and behold, as we approached an intersection, we viewed people eating al fresco at what appeared to be a busy restaurant for 2:30 PM on a Sunday afternoon. Thank Goodness! Their pizza looked so good as we walked in to see the hostess. That's all I can say. We sat down outside and each ordered a glass of red wine. Good choice. Then we split the arugula salad which was sensational. But the best pizza marguerite came shortly thereafter by an extremely attentive waiter. The crust was perfect! The sauce was so delectable!!!! And the cheese was delicate. It was amazing for us, and we order pizza marguerite regularly. This is a "must have stop" for anyone traveling in this area. I can't imagine what the food tastes like if the pizza is that great. And for dessert (drumroll, please...) an outrageous tiramisu. Whatever you do, don't miss this place.

“A shame in Little Italy!”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed July 29, 2013

I worked and lived in Italy and I've also tried Italian restaurants in many other countries and this one is definitly on of the worst: Way to much tomato sauce on my pizza (a tomato sauce full of water...for a restaurant called Pomodoro), too salty, terrible overall found quality. My friend took tagliatella alla carbonara and there were no cream, nor egg yolk. The waiters were nonexistent. For a Italian restaurant in Little Italy, it is a shame!

“Great service, excellent pizza”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 22, 2013

We were a large group of 15. The service was excellent and cheery. A good time was had by all.
Joe, our server, would come by often to ensure we were taken care of. The sangria was excellent.

“Rome, Italy - Fiumicino Airport (FCO)”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 15, 2013

Located in the Little Italy's place on St. Laurent and Dante st. I tasted the best pizza, to my taste oof course, in Littele Italy.

The bread was light and firm, tasty as well the tomato wasn't of the already canned kind, but fresh as well as the mozzarella on my Margherita.

Service was quick and kid on the street terrace on the boardwalk. Two italian beers, mMenabrea and Moretti
