What a breathtaking step back in time! The Canadian Club Brand Heritage Center is a MUST VISIT stop when in the Windsor/Essex County region...this is THE tourist attraction to visit. The building itself is gorgeous and the tour is fun and informative. Mr. Hiram Walker was a true visionary and corporate giant! Do not miss this tour! Thank you Hiram Walker and the management and staff that now take care of this magnificent locale.

“A Trip Back in Modern Time”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 10, 2013

This is the home of Canadian Club Whisky and, more importantly, this is the location of the Executive offices of the late Hiram Walker and his associates. Magnificent golden age of Canadian whisky executive offices--not platial just, simply, grand. Tours are well run and informative and include a collection of bottles/flasks of conterfeit booze. Elegant and delightful and an opportunity to learn about rum-running and the business of exporting Canadian whiskey around the world--so the shipping manifests would say--when Detroit and other lake cities in the USA were the prohibition destination.

“This tour does not disappoint!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 7, 2013

The general public would be surprised to learn of all the fascinating stories and factoids they will learn on this tour. Famous names in history that have been through this gorgeous building in very different times during the days of Prohibition will leave you awestruck. I don't want to give too much away, but the likes of Al Capone were frequent visitors to enjoy a taste or two of the famous Canadian Club. The tour is followed by a flight of whiskies where you learn how to taste and smell the spirit.

Don't leave Canadian Club Brand Centre without a trip to the gift shop for some great branded items, followed by a visit to Olde Walkerville to learn more about Hiram Walker's old stomping grounds!

“History made fun”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 6, 2013

What a pleasant treat: A place that likes to make history fun and entertaining! The Canadian Club Brand Centre is a beautiful building constructed by Hiram Walker, the whisky baron, who devised the recipe for Canadian rye and introduced CC to the world. Step into Walker's office building and be prepared to be whisked back into history and hear the stories of Prohibition and stop to take in the converted wine cellar where Al Capone was entertained on his frequent visits. Take in the beautiful collection of Canadian art and enjoy the beautiful marble fireplaces and oak panelling, before heading down to the tasting room. During the growing season, walk through the garden on the banks of the Detroit River. A fascinating place!
