“such a nice walking”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 21, 2013

Nice Park, with a lot of benches were you can sit and relax with a wonderful view of Detroit skyline. Walking around the park is also a wonderful experience, is peaceful and safe to walk, there is also a golf car that can take you for free around all the waterfront park and explain you all the sculptures and the artist involved.
I expend a nice afternoon walking the 4 km all the way to the Ambassador Bridge admiring all the sculptures.

“A must see”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 6, 2013

If you are in Windsor, this is a must see. This waterfront park is beautiful. You can walk the path along the Detroit River with a view of the Detroit skyline. It is especially wonderful at night. Lots of sculptures, monuments and beautiful flowers to see as you walk. There are lots of benches to sit on to relax or have lunch. It is very safe and you will see lots of people strolling along, jogging, skateboarding, etc. It is right downtown Windsor so it is close to lots of wonderful restuarants, bars to visit before or after your walk. And if thats not enough yo u can visit the Casino which is also downtown.

“If you Appreciate sculputures and beautiful gardens you must visit.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 5, 2013

Taking a leisure walk after having lunch or dinner at windsor's numerous downtown resturants. You will find yourself pleasantly surprised. Windsor is proud to boast sculptures from artist all over the globe along its waterfront park. It's a beautiful way to work off dinner or take a leisurely stroll with loved ones. In the evening the skyline of detroit is very beautiful. There are numerous annual and perrinial flowering plants planted ,lending its scent to the air, And many benches along the way so you can sit and enjoy the moment. I have always felt very safe there
and many families can be seen milling about. I would highly recommend the trip downtown.

“Lucky to enjoy it weekdays”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 4, 2013

I work in downtown Windsor and enjoy the benefit of walking along the Detroit River at lunch. According the MC at the Air Show, Dieppe Gardens has one of the best collection of monuments to the Air Service in Canada. I agree it is a deserving tribute to those sent into wars. It is west of Ouellette Ave and one of the many hidden gems along the watefront.
