“Great food and great service”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 18, 2013

Dropped by for a quick meal.. fantastic food, fast friendly service. Food as hot and very tasty. Can be a little noisy but that is to be expected at a pub. Meal was not too large but had enough variety for everyone.

“Nice brewpub with shop attached”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 8, 2013

The brews here are pretty all right, giving a nice experience to newer beer enthusiasts but not satisfying the demanding beer aficionados. The food was good and nicely paired (or cooked) with their own beers. The shop had a basic selection of their beers and it was possible to taste them, which was nice. Unfortunately they didn't sell any of their vintage beers and the porter beer was served way too cold (from the tap) for this type of beer. For most of the guests, this won't be an issue. Overall a nice and atmospheric place to dine in when in the district.

“Unpleasant experience”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed December 5, 2013

The best part was the beer, but that was only fair. The food was bad, our table was not comfortable (we were at a high-top next to the bar, surrounded by foot traffic), and the service was only okay. Plus it was extremely loud.

“Beer ”

This place is huge! Nice staff, very informative and knowledgeable about their beers. The stout and porter are worth trying.

“A great casual lunch! Will definitely return!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 29, 2013

We attended during the first day of the Christmas market in the Distillery District and decided to stop in to have lunch. I had some of the best fish and chips I've ever tried anywhere! We also sampled some beer in their on-site shop and I picked up a 6-pack to enjoy later. I plan on returning again the next time I'm in the area.
