Food & Beverage: Recommend the Apricot Lamb Tagine, a braised lamb stewed with dried apricots, onions, carrots, spices and garlic. Served over a bed of couscous accented with chicken broth and preserved butter for $18 - excellent delicate flavours.
Tip: The exotic Sultan's Tent is only available to guests that want a full four course meal with Belly dancer etc.
