“Once again, just peerfect!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 25, 2014

This is my second visit at this property, and the stay was memorable. The suite 1708 absolutely stunning and just as I expected, the amenities truly five star. I wholeheartedly recommend to the readers of my reviews to experience the Shangri-La hospitality at the Toronto property. It is worth the money and then some.

Room Tip: Book yourself in a suite on the 17th floor.

There are some hotels that are great....there are others that stand out above the crowd. This is one that stands out. Incredible rooms! Fantastic food! Very respectful staff! Can't find anything short of outstanding to say about this hotel.

Stayed in this hotel is Feb of 2014. I was only there for one night, but the room was impeccable, clean, and newly renovated. My coffee machine in room broke at 6 am, and someone was up with 5 minutes to fix and replace. We went to the hotel spa, it was beautiful. Also ate at Momofuko and had an incredible evening.

Room Tip: Eat at Momofuko and enjoy the spa.

Very nice. From the moment you walk into the lobby, you get the feeling that this hotel knows what service is about and everyone from the reception, through valet, concierge, pool staff and housekeeping were excellent.

A very nice large room, with walk-in shower, large bath, big bed, views, espresso machine, etc. All continue the feeling of luxurious.

I was here for a two night stay - and enjoyed this hotel a lot. The pool/gym area is shared with the apartments above so larger than most hotels and you can get a full workout before using the sauna/steam bath/jacuzzi area.

Traveled to this hotel with my husband and two sons ages 7 and 11. We loved the hotel. The staff could not have been more welcoming. My first experience was dealing with Margerita, the concierge, over the phone. She was excellent. She offered great recommendations and took care of so many of our reservations and all our changes. I probably drove her crazy. I really liked her, she made me feel as if I'd known her for a long time. The great thing about this hotel was the queens size beds, water at turndown, the l'occitaine products, the gym, the pool, which my children used often, the breakfast that was included in our room night, the location, which was centrally located to CN Tower, Rodgers stadium, the entertainment district, etc. everything was really within walking distance. I also want to mention Eric, the concierge was very helpful as well. Overall great experience and stay and a good reason to come back to Toronto.

shangrila has been everything that I would expect from a high-end hotel. however, i didn't enjoy my stay there as i am extremely tired everyday..... beacuse the crazy loud garbage truck every morning at 7AM. this is not acceptable.... i mean the trucks came everday during my stay at the hotel. not acceptable.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel, everything was great. The best is the wonderful pool in the sky !!! Excellent !
Only one little problem : no more tables for the breakfast on sunday morning... we had to wait for 30/40 minutes and the staff didn't propose us a coffee or an orange juice to wait. For an hotel at that level, we would have appreciated that. Apart for that, i warmly recommand the Shangri La Toronto !
