“Late night supper”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 15, 2013

We stopped in after a late night movie for sandwiches and Sweet Potato fries. I had the pulled pork and my friend had the duck confit. The spice ratio is determined by you from none to very hot. The sandwiches are large and the fries generous, we should have shared but managed to finish our meals. Everything was great, place was a little messy no one to clean tables but then the flow slowed someone came out and did clean up.

“Awesome restaurant”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 14, 2013 via mobile

Great place with lots of options. If you're not too hungry, try the bao or a taco. Otherwise, the sandwiches are satisfying. The sandwiches are all very unique and there are many options. Highly recommended

“Must go there!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 11, 2013

You'll be amazed by the quality of the food even for vegetarians. The prices are reasonable and the service is fast. Watch out it is crowded during lunch.

“Artisan Baguette Vietnamese Style”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 6, 2013

First off for the uninitiated the bánh mì, or more commonly known in the west as the baguette, was introduced by the French during its colonial period in Vietnam. bánh mì is usually more airy than its western counterpart, so as a result, has a thinner crust but just as equally delicious. I've had bánh mì before but never with so much flavor packed, savory Vietnamese fillings. Three of us arrived a little after 11:30 am thinking that we would beat the lunch crowd. The place was packed, with line ups nearing out to the front door and we had to wait to get seating. I ordered the five spiced pork belly banh mi and the kimchi fries. I was a bit doubtful about the mixture of fermented sour cabbage and french fries but I couldn't pass up the opportunity to try this rather unique mixture, and ordered a box of it to share. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised that the combination of fries, kimchi, and pulled pork.

“Spicy goodness!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 5, 2013 via mobile

My husband and I were just in Toronto for Labor Day and stopped in for a late, quick dinner. We tried the kalbi beef and squid tacos. We both ordered them pretty spicy. The beef was super hot but the squid not so much. Either way, the portions were ample and tasty. Total recommend for anyone heading to Toronto.
