I had an excellent experience while staying at Beverly Place for seven days in May, 2006. Historic Victorian house with antique Victorian furniture and pictures. Great for history buffs. Library on ground floor. Undergoing some renovations. Excellent; polite staff; clean (but small) room. Plenty of good food and good conversation at breakfast. Comfortable bed. Clean shared bathrooms. Quiet, except for traffic noise on nearby street. Good neighborhood, near University of Toronto, trolley lines and subway. Inexpensive. Highly recommended.
