“A Solid Choice Near The Airport”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed April 5, 2011

Stayed here for one night while on business in the area. It's a typical Radisson "business" hotel. The rooms are actually quite good in that each is a suite with a seperate sitting area.

Reasonably clean, pretty decent housekeeping, and the rooms are quite enough.

There is a Tim Hortons and a few restaurants right beside the hotel, so that is convenient.

I recommend it if you need to be near the airport for a night or two.

Room Tip: Planes fly right over the hotel.

Had to spend a week in Toronto for work. Radisson was near my office so, I went with it. Rooms are nice in that you have a separate living room and bedroom, with a nice small kitchen area as you walk in. The rooms and hotel itself are a tad dated. Hotel Staff is very friendly. They do not have free parking so, if you plan on renting car, make sure you add that fee when deciding to stay here.

I've stayed at many Radissons and I expect a workman-like experience, This hotel is so dated, you expect it to be applying for a pension any day now., Stained furniishings, stained carpeting, gross bathroom fixtures. The decor is so out of date as to appear disgusting. Bedside lights so dim you can't even read,. Outdated and ugly TVs. Staff was indifferent, unhelpful, and seemingly too stupid to perform basic job functions.

There appear to be many much better choices for an overnight at the Toronto airport and I'd strongly encourage everyone to choose an alternate until Radisson sees fit to do a long overdue upgrading and replacement of the management. Staff as poor as found at this hotel can only reflect an incompetent and indifferent management.

The room was clean and it was nice to have a bedroom and a living room. The shower had good water temperature control/pressure. The decor could use some updating and the Wi-Fi is spotty.

I enjoyed having a choice of restaurants within walking distance.

We were supposed to be spending two nights here but our flight was forced to return to London due to a fault so we arrived a day late, we were able to e-mail the hotel to let them know of our delay but this was after the normal change period. However they were still happy to bill us for just one night which was a pleasant surprise, we would just have been glad to insure our rooms were kept.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and the rooms were of a good size with separate bed room and lounge/work areas. the location is just minutes from the airport but a long way from downtown (you can just about make out the CN Tower) If you are thinking to visit Niagara Falls this is an ideal base to explore from after arriving in Toronto.

The included breakfast was a little basic but still hit the spot, if you don't have breakfast included there is a Tim Horton’s just outside the front door.

Perfect for business, ok for pleasure. Not like standard radisson hotels which was quite surprising. Rooms are spacious like the idea of the door separating bed n sitting room. Location great if you drive., in between missisauga and toronto close to hwy. Staffs are friendly. Overall nice experience would stay there again.
