we checked in late, the front desk is hidden under the staircase near the elevators. you miss it totally unless someone is there. we waited a while for the hotel clerk to check us in. The hotel clerk must have been new because he gave us keys to another guest's room. The hotel clerk had to physically go outside the building to see what rooms were vacant by judging by the lights off or on, luckily we got a vacant room by his so called judgement. The rooms are spacious, lovely local art work displayed throughout hotel, no door to the bathroom just a partition divided by the rest of bathroom, shower was a bit tricky to figure out, nice shampoo and soaps, bed was comfy cool that tv was right by the foot of bed. Loft style hotel rooms, close to Queen Street. The hotel itself is trendy, at night there is evening entertainment and a bar.Breakfast is included with a night's stay.We didnt have time for the breakfast. Will visit again due to location and atmosphere of hotel.
