We stayed here for 3 nights, and loved it! The check in was easy. There was a line, but it moved quickly. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We were upgraded to a king bed, which was nice. The room was a bit small with such a big bed, but we were ok with that. We had an amazing view of the city. The hotel was fairly quiet. We could hear some toilets when they were flushed, but it wasn't a big deal.

This hotel is in a great location! We were able to walk to the Hockey Hall of Fame, The CN tower, the ROM, and Chinatown. There are tons of resturaunts in the area.(I would recommend Hornero on Yonge Street!) We never had to walk far to find a place to eat. It is right off of Yonge Street, so it is extremely close to shopping.

The parking lot is under the hotel and seemed secure. The only problem we had was finding the parking! The enterance is on Wood Street, one street over from the hotel.

The price was amazing as well. We would definitely stay here again!

I have stayed at this hotel twice - once for a week, and once on short notice, when I just had to show up at the hotel and see if they had availability. The hotel is located at a very convenient location, centrally, near Yonge Street, south of Bloor. It is a very decent hotel, and is a great base for exploring Toronto. While I try to stay away from the Days Inn chain, and have been to very few Days Inn properties, this is a very decent property.

Avoid this Hotel at all costs. Stayed at this place on trip from Australia. We are a family of 2 adults & 2 children who are aged 11 & 14. Our problems began when we went to check in to our non smoking room and were told no non smoking rooms were left even though we had booked, so it was smoking room or nothing. I asked to see the manager so was told to wait in the seating in the foyer while they followed it up. After waiting 25 minutes and no contact I approached again and obviously they had forgotten about me even though it was 10pm and no one else checking in. In the end after argument from my wife and I about children from non smoking family being unhappy in a smoking room we were given a room on non smoking floor. We arrived at room and it was tiny, and I mean tiny we had no room to walk around the 2 double beds as suitcases had to go on floor I honestly felt Claustrophobic with 4 of us in the room. The bathroom was dirty and to top it off we had a fire alarm first morning we stayed, and little wonder as even the non smoking floor smelt like smoke.
One good point is excellent foyer and nice bar & internet coffee shop below but that is all that was good.
To top all this off it is not on shuttle bus to airport route even though sign behind concierge says they have airport transfers,so had to lug bags about 5 blocks at 4:30am.
Do not go to this hotel no matter what price you get it for.

I have stayed at this hotel before. I contacted them prior to my stay requesting a non smoking room on a low floor. I was told whilst they couldn't guarentee it, a note had been made on my reservation.

On arrival in the plush lobby, I was greeted well and my request was mentioned upon check in. I was allocated a room on the 6th floor which was clean, quiet and comfortable and on the same floor as the lovely warm swimming pool which I made use of . I had no problems with soap and shampoo supplies from the hotel.

The only downside was that at 02.52 am on the last night of my stay there was a fire alarm activation. This was all over within 15 minutes. But that can happen anywhere

Overalll very good value for money and I would stay definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Good location to explore everywhere as only 30 minutes walk from harbour or Queens Park. Excellent cheap coffee shop directly opposite the entrance. Also a supermarket. Coffee machine & fridge came in useful. Only 5 minutes from Dundas Sq. Car was safe in the public car park next door as the hotel car park was full when we arrived. Public car park was $8 for 12 hours and we just had to keep feeding the card meter.
